houses of parliament Mem­bers of the House of Lords dis­cussed the sec­ond read­ing — main prin­ci­ples — of the Dig­i­tal Econ­omy Bill yes­ter­day. The bill will go to the com­mit­tee stage on 6th Jan­u­ary 2010.
